Store Policy

1.Order placement:

Digital products

“Available” digital products - are available for purchasing

You can add the products marked as “not available” to your wish list. You will be notified via email once the product becomes available. You can check your wish list by logging into your personal account in the ‘Wish list’ section. 

After placing your order you will receive an email with further instructions. If you don’t receive the email, we recommend that you check your Spam, Promotions and Social folders. If the email appears in the above folders, you should add this address to your contact list to prevent the situation from happening again.



Physical products shipped by mail:

Before placing your order, confirm with the store the possibility of shipping to your country.

Make sure to provide your correct address including the zip code, full name and your contact phone number in the required fields. 

If your order contains items that will be sent by mail (matrix, bracelet, candles), make sure your full mailing address is up to date 

Your current address can be found in your personal account under ‘Address or Profile’.


Books can only be purchased on Amazon (go to: Store - in the Books section there is an option to open the page with the book of your choice)

We are not responsible for the delivery timeframe provided by Amazon. Please contact Amazon customer service with any questions related to your book order. 

2.Order payment:

After placing the order and confirming its delivery to your country (for physical products), you will receive an email with the order summary and payment options. 

The payment must be made in full. In case of unexpected payment system fees, an additional payment will be required to make up the full amount.

Forward your payment confirmation (receipt) to the administrator’s email: The order number and its date should be included. 


3.Delivery of digital and physical products:

Physical products

The items are mailed several times a month, but the shipping is not worldwide.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with the name of the postal service.

In some cases, additional shipping fees may be required depending on the country location. In this case you will receive an email from our administrator prior to making the payment.

As a rule, the items are not shipped twice. We recommend that you follow the tracking number to ensure that you pick up the package in a timely manner.

Under exceptional circumstances, the item can be resent after the administrator’s approval. The fee for the second shipment as well as the return delivery fee is paid by the recipient. The recipient will also be responsible for the item’s cost if it is damaged during the return.

Digital products:


Access to the purchased seminars is provided within 3 days of the payment.

In your email, provided during the order, you will receive the YouTube instructions. 
Follow the access links after registering under the correct email.

You can also find your files in your private Youtube playlist

If you have not received an email with the access to the files 3 days after your payment, please contact with your order number.

4.Return policy

Physical products

Package returns are not accepted


Digital Products

Once access has been granted, the order cannot be canceled and the payment becomes non-refundable.

Warning! The digital products are provided for personal use only!

Each student follows his own path from the beginning and on.

Forbidden: sharing the links/seminars with third parties, exchanging links/seminars with other students, using seminars for commercial gain, posting the Menshikova School’s materials on other media, using its methods partially or entirely to teach other people.

 All of the above actions are copyright infringement.
